How does the free trial work?: 14 days on the Small plan, on us. We collect your card up front so you can keep working without interruption, charge $0 today, and send a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed.
What if I need something between Small and Team?: Start on Small and bump up when you outgrow it — we'll prorate the difference. If three to twenty doesn't fit your shape, write to us and we'll sort it out.
What happens if I bump into the seat or storage cap?: Caps are soft. We'll let you know well before you hit them and help you decide whether to upgrade or trim — no surprise overage bills.
When is Enterprise available?: We're building toward it. If you need SSO, audit logs, or region selection today, write to us — we'll work with you directly while the self-serve tier comes together.
Can I switch tiers later?: Yes, any time. Down-tiers prorate and refund the unused portion.
